Are LaDur products safe to use?

Yes. All LaDur products are made with clean, high-quality ingredients that are free from phthalates and other harmful additives. Our candles use clean-burning soy wax and lead-free wooden wicks, while our sprays and diffusers use an alcohol-free, VOC-free base crafted to be safe for everyday use.

How long do your candles burn?

Each candle burns for approximately 40 hours with proper care.

What kind of wicks do you use?

We use wooden wicks for a calm, soft crackling sound and an even burn.

Why isn’t my candle burning evenly?

For the best results, always burn your candle long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours for the first burn). This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even, clean burn every time.

Why does the wax change color after burning?

Our candles are made with a clean-burning soy wax blend and richly concentrated fragrance oils — free of unnecessary additives. Because we don’t use artificial stabilizers or bleach our wax for a “perfect” look, your candle may develop slight color changes near the wick after burning. This is completely normal and simply a result of natural ingredients interacting with heat. It does not affect the scent throw or burn quality in any way.

Are LaDur™ Room + Linen Sprays safe to use?

Yes. Our sprays are crafted with a water-based, alcohol-free, VOC-free formula that is safe for air and most fabrics. Always spot-test on darker or delicate fabrics before full use.

Why are my floors slippery after spraying?

Because our sprays are alcohol-free and water-based, they evaporate more slowly than traditional alcohol-based sprays. For best results, mist onto linens, curtains, or upholstery (after spot testing) and avoid heavy spraying directly onto floors.

What does VOC-free mean?

VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) are chemicals that evaporate into the air and can contribute to indoor pollution. Our sprays are completely VOC-free, making them safer for your home environment.

Can I use sprays on my skin?

Our base is considered skin-safe, but LaDur™ sprays are not designed for use as body mists or skincare products. Enjoy them as a home fragrance only.

🌸 Reed Diffusers

Are LaDur Diffusers safe to use?

Yes. Our diffusers are made with a premium, alcohol-free base designed to safely and effectively disperse fragrance in your space.

How long do diffusers last?

A 100 mL diffuser typically lasts 2–3 months depending on room size, airflow, and how often reeds are flipped.

How do I get the best performance?

Place your diffuser in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks for a stronger scent throw.

Are diffusers safe around pets and children?

Diffusers should always be placed out of reach of pets and children. While our base is clean-formula and phthalate-free, fragrance oils can be harmful if ingested.

How strong are your scents?

Our candles are designed to fill a room softly — not overpower it. We use a high-quality fragrance load of 9%–10%.

Do you use essential oils or synthetic fragrance?

We use premium-quality, clean fragrance oils — not essential oils. All blends are carefully crafted for mood-enhancing luxury while remaining safe for everyday use.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All LaDur candles are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

Packaging & Sustainability

We use recyclable or reusable vessels and minimal, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.
