Return & Refund Policy

At LaDur™, each product is handcrafted with care to deliver a luxury experience from unboxing to the final burn. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to scent preferences or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@ladur.co with:

  • 3 clear photos of the product (different angles)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

  • Your order number and full name

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on product availability.

Please note: LaDur™ is not responsible for damages that occur due to mishandling after delivery or failure to follow candle care guidelines.
