Shipping policy

At LaDur™, we take pride in preparing and packaging every order with care. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via ground services (such as USPS or FedEx) with an estimated delivery time of 2–6 business days depending on your location.

A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to all orders under $70.00. Orders over $70.00 ship free.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LaDur™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance in these cases.
